ALL LOCATIONS – We are looking for seasoned IT and or ERP Business Development Executives that have a current book of clients in the area of IT and or ERP Staff Augmentation, Consulting  and/or Permanent Placements, for all industries.  Job Requirements: *Develop new business opportunities through lead development, account penetration and relationship building. *Research potential business and current customers with excellent networking and follow-up skills. *Develop and execute a sales strategy to consistently achieve corporate revenue growth. *Meet with clients to evaluate IT/ERP staffing needs, provide recommendations for staffing solutions for either contract/consulting assignments or direct-hire placements. *Identify project-based IT/ERP solutions opportunities and coordinate delivery process *Generate net headcount growth and manage overall profitability. *Expand business through new account development *Continuously develop and maintain ongoing relationships with prospects to ensure timely identification of new business opportunities. *Collaborate with management on strategic and tactical sales initiatives *Effectively communicate staffing priorities to recruiting team *Minimum of 5+ years of successful IT/ERP Sales experience with a proven track record of setting, achieving and exceeding assigned goals. *Ability to work independently and as a member of sales team.  We offer a very attractive compensation package, recognizing your contribution and the value you bring to us.  Please send resume to or call us at 877-360-2220.

Job Requirements: * Candidate must have a strong IT technical recruitment background with excellent people and communication skills. * Must have experience sourcing databases and building upon an existing and new network of candidates * Should be able to submit candidates in a timely manner with high quality candidates * Must have at-least 3 years of full life cycle recruiting for contract and permanent IT/ERP positions * Excellent communication skills both verbal and written required. * Should be capable of working with the client and build relationships. * Excellent growth opportunity and will have a chance to work in a corporate environment. * Compensation will be based on experience. * Must have the ability to multi-task.
